Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7–12 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping (air freight): 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Large furniture (ocean freight + trucking): 27–37 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery for large items: 27–37 business days from order placement.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Freight Delivery
Large furniture items are shipped via freight carrier. An adult (18+) must be present at delivery. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces, assembled or used items, clearance/final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
