At Lumcasa, we build furniture to last a lifetime — and we stand behind that promise. Our furniture is crafted from sustainably sourced solid wood and premium engineered wood materials.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:
- Structural defects in the frame or joinery
- Defects in the wood or frame materials
- Hardware failures (hinges, drawer slides, handles) under normal use
- Finish defects present at the time of delivery
Warranty Period
- Solid Oak Frames and Structure: 1 year from date of delivery
- Hardware and Mechanisms: 1 year from date of delivery
- Surface Finish: 90 days from date of delivery
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Improper assembly or installation
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
- Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Lumcasa
- Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, or minor color differences — these are features of solid oak, not defects
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period:
- Email us at support@lumcasa.com with your order number
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the defect
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Care Tips to Protect Your Furniture
- Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Apply furniture oil every 6-12 months to nourish the wood
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Use felt pads under objects placed on wood surfaces
