30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@lumcasa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled or show signs of use
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumcasa.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
